Real Food

When you eat what you
eat, you won't overeat.
When you don't eat what
you need, you stay
hungry, no matter how
much you eat.
No body is fat from
eating too much fresh
produce. Measuring
serving sizes and
charting its calories is
a waste of time.

Going around hungry
only messes up your
healthy appetite and
lowers your
metabolism. Hunger
makes you store fat,
not burn it.
FRESH PRODUCE
WHOLE GRAINS
A LITTLE MEAT IF YOU WANT
IT

Eat all the raw fruit you want,
whenever you want.

Eat all the raw or lightly cooked
non-starchy vegetables you
want, whenever you want.

Have ONE serving of protein
per day. Eat meat, eat
potatoes, in the same day, just
not in the same meal.
Quality carbs only. Whole
grains, brown rice, whole wheat
pasta - no refined sugar, no
refined flour.

Besides fresh produce, you can
snack on dried fruit and raw
nuts, much better for you than
snack bars full of chemicals not
much else - and you can adjust
the quantity to your needs at the
time.

Drink at least 1 oz of plain water
for every 2 pounds of you.

A little olive oil and a dab of
butter is okay. Lose the other
oils and margarine.
Proteins are digested
by acids, carbs by
alkalis. When eaten at
the same time, your
enzymes break  each
other down as much
as your food. That
means a lot of
unnecessary work,
wear and tear. Eat
both, in the same day,
just not at the same
meal. Let them take
turns to avoid
indigestion, heartburn,
drowsiness, colon
cancer - digest your
food in a little as one
third the time it takes
to digest mixed meals.
