It takes hours, days in a gym to get muscle mass.

Obviously 500 sit ups a day is better than 5 a week.
By doing slow motion (no momentum), precise movements,
working one (out of six) muscle groups at a time, It takes only
20-30 minutes,
once a week. This had been well tested, well
documented over 5 years. Traditional weight training does a
lot of damage and aging to joints and tendons. This
technique puts your effort exclusively to muscle. Switch to
less time, less wear, TEAR, less boredom and a lot less injury.

No such thing as a bad food.

You can have everything in moderation.

Sugar, Food Addiction? Impossible! You just have no self control.
Just eat less and move more.

ALL that counts is calories, how many you eat and how
many you burn up.
Eating less can lower your metabolism. You body does not
know there is a lot of food around, just knows not much is
coming in, so you should conserve, store up, don't burn.
You go into FAMINE MODE - you can get great mileage on
3 radishes, but that is not what you are trying to
accomplish. You stop losing weight. You eat even less,
work out more, and GAIN 2 POUNDS! You are told that this
is a biological impossibility, you just can't add right. You
are now at odds with your body and your mind. Not only
can you not lose weight, you can't do simple math either.
You give up.

Instead, eat all the raw fruit, raw or lightly cooked
non-starchy vegetables you want, whenever you want, and
more, to retain your sense or well being, so your body
feels free to relax and burn some fat.

What was also missing of the old equation is the fact that
with muscle mass, you burn calories sitting still.
Make yourself exercise to lose weight.
Before we were forced into gym classes, uniforms, comparing
bodies, THINKING ABOUT IT,
play ("working" out) came
naturally and you looked forward to recess. If you can't recall
this, watch a group of large dogs or small children for a few
minutes, and see them
play.

Your body wants to move to release stress, tension, build
stamina, endurance, balance, strength, grace, coordination,
self esteem, self confidence, resistance to diseases.......losing
weight and looking good is just a side effect.

Avoid carbs, they make you fat.

Eat all the protein you want, what you can't use
just goes away.
It has been well documented that refined sugar is as
addictive as nicotine and cocaine. It is added to almost every
packaged food, starting with toddler formula. Refined sugar
is linked to a wide range of diseases and disorders, from
bone to brain lose, athlete's foot to yeast infections. Most of
what people eat is much worse than just empty calories, and
nothing but a human would mistake it for food. (No insect or
mold show interest.) One cookie out of a bag, half cup of ice
cream out of a half gallon is not a working plan. What causes
overeating is not REAL FOOD, but mere flavored packing
material that keeps you hungry for what you need. A healthy
appetite tells you what you need and when you've had
enough.

No Body is fat from eating fresh fruit and whole grains.
Without quality carbs you get cranky, dizzy, cloudy thinking
and breath that could drop a charging moose. You can't use
more than a few ounces of protein, and the excess is hard on
your kidneys, stones can form in as little as 6 weeks. High
protein diets tend to cause chronic dehydration, which
stimulates your appetite for more food. The whole truth is
that protein is digested by acids, carbs by alkalis and when
you try to digest both at the same time, your enzymes work
on each other more than on your food. Eat protein, eat
carbs, just not at the same time. Let them take turns and you
save a lot of wear and tear on your body,  avoid indigestion
and heartburn. You digest in as little as 1/3 the time, feel
alert after eating instead of dozy and have food converted
into more useful fuel.
