Feeling good is addictive. Eating Real Food gets

Inertia is a law of physics that states a body at rest

to stay in motion. We find a way to get you started
playing in a way that isn't boring or injurious, and
even if it is 10 minutes a day, inertia starts working
FOR you and you can't stop. Instead of forcing
yourself to workout, your play time (even resistance
training) gets magnetic, and you can't stay away
from it.

Knowledge is power, in spite of the fact that diet
books are piling up with global excess weight. Many
diet theories contained some partial nuggets of
truth, but got obscured when the authors jumped
from logic, to "common sense" to theory too fast.
