Feeling helpless, hopeless and pointless or
any part thereof? Feel like this is normal, and
anytime you haven't felt lousy was a disorder?

Best way to get over feeling stuck in life is to
start moving. Motion changes your body
chemistry for a physical healing. Taking
action gives you a sense of accomplishment,
which helps you mentally and emotionally.
Even boring exercise will help, but play,
something fun - skate, run, kayak, Frisbee,
ping pong, punch a punching bag with a face
on it that holds a business card in its mouth -
anything that you want to do - is even more
healing.

Go for it. Feeling good is addictive, and it is
better to get addicted to your own chemistry
then medication. Plus activity may work on
what is feeling stuck, like your weight, or
aches and pains.

Next action to take is get the junk food out of
your diet - especially refined sugar and
refined flour. They might be doing more to
your mood swings than your life, body,
spouse, job....
