#1 Drink plenty of plain water.

Help your lungs filter and flush the (often thick,
dirty) air your breathe. Keep them moist and
flexable, not dry and stiff.

Just breathing means lots of evaporation.
Keeping all of you, cell by cell hydrated is
important. Drink one once of water for every two
pounds of you everyday at the very least. Plain
water means tap, bottled, filtered, but not soda,
tea, juice, milk but just water.

#2 Ditch refined sugar, refined flour, cooked fruit
and milk.

Refined sugar causes a dynamic mineral
imbalance where you swing from way too little of
something one hour, then way too much of the
same. This action has been linked to the full
spectrum of diseases from Alzheimer's to
Athletes Foot, brain loss, bone loss, acne, yeast
infections and so on. There was no diabetes
before refined sugar.  Refined flour and cooked
fruit does the same. Dairy products cause excess
mucous.
