Anger
The advice "Don't Get Mad" is out of THIS world.
The therapy of clobbering a pile of pillows with a baseball bat in an effort to get anger out of your system has proven ineffective - it only accelerates anger.
In the real world, engaged anger accelerates into abuse and violence. There is no satisfaction. Learn to switch gears from anger to intelligence. Engineer your way out of the irritation, is the only way to find satisfaction.
Acknowledge anger, do not try to endorse or engage it, it is a bottom less pit that distorts your perspective and values. Adrenalin is like other dangerous drugs, you want more and more of and get so you can't function with or without it.
Stir it back up when you can workout. You can't stay mad (or depressed) after running for 20-30 minutes.
